How can I get the list of services?
Write to us at contact@laconciergeriedalexia.fr, specifying the name of your accommodation and your stay dates, and we will share our menu and advice with you.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders must be placed 7 days in advance. It is possible to order certain meals until the day before by 12 PM (bread and pastries, breakfasts, raclette, menus…).
Is it possible to have vegetarian meals?
Yes, our caterers offer vegetarian meals.
Are the meals delivered to our accommodation?
Our caterers deliver daily directly to your accommodation.
What is the delivery cost?
Meal delivery is free in Gérardmer and Xonrupt-Longemer.
What time are the deliveries made?
Delivery times vary. We encourage you to inform us of any specific requests or constraints in advance so that we can accommodate them.
