Housekeeper

Your missions:

● Supervise the work of cleaning teams (management, communication of instructions, verification of completed tasks)

● Assist with the management of properties (stock monitoring, checking
equipment condition, linen inventory, contacting service providers)

● Handle guest check-ins and check-outs (contacting guests, answering
questions, key handover, assisting during their stay)

● Communicate with property owners (discuss maintenance, provide
feedback after each stay)

Cleaning Staff

Your missions:

● Apply the cleaning techniques specific to the concierge service

● Adhere to the provided timings and instructions

● Self-check your cleaning using the provided checklist
